GENERAL RULES
The owner will provide the accommodation in accordance with the official description and will maintain it in order. The inspection and equipment inventory will take place at the beginning and at the end of the stay both by the owner and the tenant.
 
PAYMENT
The booking will become firm once the tenant has returned a copy of the attached contract together with the required deposit before the date specified on page 1. The outstanding balance will be payable on the date of arrival.
 
USE OF ACCOMMODATION
The number of tenants must not exceed the sleeping capacity specified on page 1 without prior agreement. Similarly the accommodation must not be used by a third party.
 

CANCELLATION - PREMATURE DEPARTURE

Any cancellation must be confirmed by registered letter or telegramm :
1) Before taking possession of the accommodation : as a rule the deposit remains the property of the proprietor. However it can be refunded if the accommodation is relet for the same period.
2) If the tenant does not appear on the date mentioned in the contract : after 24 hours and without notifying the owner :

  • this contract is considered cancelled
  • the deposit remains the property of the owner
  • the owner can dispose of the accommodation.
    3) In the event of cancellation by the owner : the latter will refund twice the amount of the deposit received to the tenant.
